If you need access to the room the morning of check in, we recommend booking the night before.

Since we are a small motel, if the room is occupied the night before we cannot guarantee that the room can be cleaned in time for an early arrival.

We always work with our guests when we can, so if you would like early access we suggest you contact reception on (02) 6336 1866 the day before to see if early access can be arranged.

Reception Hours are from 8am to 8pm (6pm Sundays).

Access outside these hours needs to be pre-arranged. Please contact reception on (02) 6336 1866.

It depends on the type of booking. Please check the details as you book on our booking page, or if you have already booked, see the automated booking email.

We cannot change or alter third-party bookings like booking.com, so if you have booked via a website platform like booking.com, you will need to contact them directly.
